We have enhanced the Sequence® Power 1000 series to meet the demands of recirculation applications that require flow rates higher than 8000 GPH at high head pressures. This has resulted in the development of the Sequence® Power 4000 series, which offers a maximum flow rate of over 13,000 GPH and can handle head pressures of up to 80 feet. This expansion of our product line extends the performance range of the Sequence® Power series.
One notable improvement in the 4000 series is the increase in the size of the inlet and discharge ports to 2 inches. This upgrade allows for easier connections with field installations, as the ports feature inner diameter connection of FNPT and outer diameter buttress threads for union adaptors. As a result, there is no longer a need for reducer-fitting and adapter-assembly costs, and friction losses in pump systems are reduced. By incorporating these enhancements, we have addressed the challenges faced by recirculation applications that require high flow rates and head pressures.
