Microbe-Lift AlgAway 60
Our Chemical Algae Eliminator is designed specifically to target and eliminate algae in different types of ponds and fountains, including decorative ponds, irrigation ponds, water hazards, and retention ponds. It effectively gets rid of most types of planktonic and filamentous algae without causing harm to the water's ecosystem, making it safe for irrigation, turf, and shrubs. The algaecide contains a highly concentrated formula with a 60% active ingredient, and it is registered with the EPA for its proven effectiveness. By keeping pond water clean and free from algae, it helps prevent the plugging of irrigation lines and pumps. The product is available for sale in 49 states and the District of Columbia, with the EPA registration number 1448-114-74466. However, please note that it should not be used with fish.
Please be aware that our Chemical Algae Eliminator cannot be sold, used, or distributed in New York State and California. For optimal use of the product, we recommend manually cleaning heavy algae growth before administering the treatment. When you first notice signs of algae growth, apply an initial dose of 1.0 - 2.0 oz. per 1,000 gallons of water. For freshly cleaned and filled fountains or ponds, add 0.5 oz. - 1.5 oz. per 1,000 gallons. For maintenance purposes, use a dosage of 0.2 - 0.5 oz. per 1,000 gallons every 5-7 days, or as needed. It is essential to evenly distribute the product throughout the affected area for maximum effectiveness.
